Assalammualaikum n Alaw fwEndz.d truth s i dunno how blog goes. but i m learning on it.
hmm wat shud i talk about? there's a lot to talk about rite?.. hot n interesting stories always around us.
topic apa shud i write?i wanna talk about 'weight'. i know its quite a bored topic for some but i stil wanna talk about it..duh hehe.
let us start.lotz of aka 'berTimbun' articles on weight we could see.the topic ranges from 'losing weight safely', 'how to lose weight fast', bla bla bla.this topic did motivate me early tis year [2007] and thus lead to my journey on losing weight.my journey on 'losing some weight' supposed to be finished within a year.and at this very moment: 'November 2007' i suppose to meet my target weight: 65kg.allow me to state my weight early tis year till today.
weight on January: 70kg
weight on November: 72kg.. ermm 'percayalah~'
